A couple of weeks ago, I was making an everything salad for lunch and decided to roast some kale to make kale chips as a side. As I had both kale chips and salad on my plate, I had no choice but to try them together. So I did, and it was fantastic!

Both my husband and I agreed that adding kale chips to salad should be our new thing! It’s so good, hearty, healthy and a fun way to jazz up your everyday salads.
