Impressive, yet EASY…

Every time I serve this homemade smoked salmon dip, it gets raving reviews. It’s one of those dips that looks and tastes pretty fancy, and yet, it couldn’t be easier to make! It only takes 5 minutes to prepare, and the only piece of kitchen equipment you will need is an electric beater.

Addressing the Important Questions…

1. Do I Need To Refrigerate It After Preparation?

I believe the answer is a sound “yes!”

The flavours of this dip intensify with at least an hour of refrigeration time.

2. How Long Does It Keep?

This salmon dip is best consumed on the day it is made. However, if it is stored in an air-tight container, in the refrigerator, it can keep well for up to 3 days.
